Which areas do you service?

We operate across Sydney and South East Queensland, covering Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Bundaberg. Based in Fortitude Valley, we can reach most metro and regional sites within these areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, call us and we will let you know straight away.

Do you do one-off cleans or only ongoing contracts?

Both. We do one-off deep cleans, vacate and bond cleans, post-construction cleans, and site cleans. We also set up regular recurring visits — weekly, fortnightly, monthly — for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Whatever fits your situation, we can work to it.

Are you insured?

Yes. Pivot Cleaning Services holds $10 million public liability insurance. We are also GST registered (ABN 94 688 132 357). Full documentation is available on request.

Do you supply your own equipment and products?

Yes. We bring everything we need — equipment, cleaning products, and supplies — unless you specifically request we use your preferred products. All our products are eco-friendly and effective on commercial and industrial surfaces.

What eco friendly products do you use?

We use low-impact, biodegradable cleaning products that are effective on all standard surfaces. They are safe for people, pets, and the environment. If you have specific requirements — allergies, sensitive surfaces, or product preferences — let us know when you book and we will accommodate them.

How do I get a quote?

Fill in the quote form on this site and we will get back to you within one business day. You can also call or email directly if you prefer a quick conversation. For larger commercial or industrial jobs we may arrange a site visit to give you an accurate price.

Will I get the same cleaner each visit?

We aim for consistency on every account. For regular clients, you will typically have the same cleaner or team each visit. They will know your space, your preferences, and your standards — which means less briefing and better results over time.

Can you clean outside business hours?

Yes. We offer early morning, evening, and weekend visits for clients who need cleaning done without disrupting their operations. This is especially common for offices, retail stores, and medical centres. Just let us know your preference when you get in touch.
