How do I book a clean?

You can contact us via our website, phone or email to request a quote and book a service. To provide the most accurate pricing, we prefer a quick free on site visit, usually around 10 minutes. This allows us to understand your space, priorities and requirements so we can plan the job properly and deliver the best results. Alternatively, we can also provide an estimate based on the size of your property and the services needed.

Are you insured?

Yes. Pivot Cleaning Services is fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind when our team is in your home or business.

Do you do commercial cleaning?
Yes, we clean offices, retail stores, restaurants and other commercial spaces. Whether you need a one off deep clean or ongoing scheduled maintenance, we tailor our services to suit your business needs and keep your workspace consistently clean and presentable.

Do you do quality checks? Yes. We have supervisors who conduct inspections and quality control as part of our standard process. We also welcome client feedback after every clean to make sure we're consistently meeting your expectations.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We supply everything; vacuums, microfibre cloths, mops, dusters, scrubbers, and all cleaning products. You don't need to provide anything.

What products do you use? Are they eco-friendly?
We use a range of professional-grade cleaning products, including eco-friendly and lower-toxicity options. Our products are selected based on safety and effectiveness, and we always follow strict protocols on chemical handling and surface care.

I have children, pets, or allergies. Can you accommodate that?
Absolutely. We tailor our product selection and cleaning approach to suit sensitive environments, including homes with young children, pets, allergies, or elderly residents. Just let us know when you book and we'll make the necessary adjustments.
